Bird, also called Shin in the phone messages, is one of the contacts the Driver communicates with after sending Li Wei to the otherworld. Bird reports "Plan successful!" and later argues with Wolf about a name mistake. Chicken calls him Shin and cautions him to be careful next time. Bird apologizes and acknowledges the Captain. Bird seems to be a member of the same organization as the Driver, but his exact role and appearance are unknown.
