Brother Biao is a thug leader who ventures to Wutong Apartment for supplies with his subordinates Monkey and Key. He is armed with a pistol and not afraid to kill. He complains about Key being late and shows impatience. He chases Yu Yuan after his men are killed, shooting and yelling. He shows no mercy, wanting to kill Yu Yuan for his supplies and then return to abuse a captured woman. He is killed by a tripwire-triggered grenade in room 402. His greedy and violent nature leads to his downfall. He represents the dangerous human predators in the wasteland.
