The captain of the guards is a military officer of the manor who leads a troop to summon Shen Weiyang to the main hall on the Old Marquis's orders. He speaks respectfully but firmly, and later announces Prince Zhenbei's arrival. He serves as an enforcer of the Marquis's will.
