Chen Jinhui is a wanted murderer who robbed and stabbed a taxi driver to death. He has also killed a woman five years ago, someone close to him. He hides in an empty house by the river, but is found by Wei Mian and captured when she applies a talisman that freezes his body. He is handed over to the police and later found to be connected to an old unsolved murder.
