The protagonist. Originally a human who suffered from a congenital disease and spent his life in a hospital bed, he reincarnates as a young black dragon after death. He retains human intelligence and creativity, often using tools and unconventional methods. He saves his injured mother from the red‑feathered hawks, builds a wooden cart, steals sheep from a human village (paying with gold coins), forges iron armor and a weapon, and trains his siblings to fight. His behavior is considered strange by other dragons due to his human‑like tactics.
