The Crew Cut Young Man is one of four thugs who attempted to extort money from Yu Kai by claiming he stole 20,000 cash. He and his accomplices are captured by Luo Yingxue's men and brought to her villa. He is terrified and apologetic, quickly admitting they did not know the victim was her son. He is later ordered to apologize to Yu Kai at school. He represents petty criminals who are outmatched by Luo Yingxue's network.
