Elder Ma Yun is an elder of Jade Cauldron Cave Heaven in Yan Country. He was in charge of meeting the Earth people after they arrived in the Big Dipper. He discussed with elders from other caves about distributing the cultivation seedlings, and decided to let Qin Sheng go his own way since he was already a cultivator.
