A Marine Vice Admiral and the lifelong rival of Gol D. Roger. He is a burly man with short hair, a full beard, and a uniform. He pursues the Roger Pirates relentlessly, shouting through a giant loudspeaker demanding surrender. He casually plays with cannonballs, infusing them with Armament Haki to challenge the crew. He has a booming voice and a huge presence, able to trade blows with Roger and Rayleigh. His pursuit is a constant, familiar threat, often escalating into high-level clashes of Haki between the two crews.
