A Company representative who recruits the Suicide Squad members and oversees the mission. He wears a work uniform and glasses. He arranges the mission details and later sends Xiao Wang and Xiao Zhang to search Qiu Yi's home for otherworldly substances. He reports to his Boss about the survivors.
