Gu Jianlu was an ancestor of the Soaring Dao Sect in the Spirit Cang Realm. He died on the Outer Realm Battlefield and left the Chaotic Cavity Nine Forging Scripture to Lu Ye. He was a close friend of Lu Ye despite the age gap. His will seal appears as one of the nineteen stars in Lu Ye's consciousness. He is a key benefactor.
