Hong Ling Luo is a beautiful corpse demon who was once a courtesan killed by the jealous wife of Old Master Yuanwai. She was revived by Madam Bai and serves as her maid. She is grateful to Madam Bai but unable to take revenge because a wandering Daoist protects the Yuanwai. She is affectionate towards Bai Ze and carries him. She is a loyal servant and appears in the cave dwelling.
