Jiraiya is a white-haired boy with spiky hair and red tear streaks on his face. He becomes Tsunade's teammate under Sarutobi Hiruzen. He is loud, impulsive, and has a crush on Tsunade, often asking for dates. He dreams of being Hokage and later of getting all the beautiful women in the world. He develops the Body Flicker Technique, originally for peeping, and uses it in combat. During the genin exam, he sacrifices his chance to pass so Tsunade and Orochimaru can win, showing his selflessness. He is overly enthusiastic but is repeatedly punched by Tsunade for his antics. He respects Kozō but is initially dismissive, calling him a stinky bug.
