Jiu Tiao is Su Xiaoxiao's pet Husky dog. He sleeps at the foot of her bed and snores contentedly. In the previous life, he died trying to protect Su Xiaoxiao, a tragedy she is determined to avoid after rebirth. The dog represents her family and the simple joys she wants to preserve. Though lazy and sleepy, he is loyal and will awaken to danger. His presence gives her comfort and normalcy amidst preparing for the apocalypse. She often strokes his fur, grateful for his survival.
