Key is a lock picker working for Brother Biao. His job is to find locked rooms to scavenge. He is depicted as skilled with lockpicks, able to open locked doors. He is killed by Yu Yuan from behind while picking the lock of room 503, his throat slit with a kukri knife. He dies silently and without warning. His death allows Yu Yuan to steal the supplies and eliminates a threat. Key's focused attention on his task makes him vulnerable. He is a specialized but disposable member of Brother Biao's group.
