Father of Ruby and Aquamarine, king of Belheim. He declared Ruby dead and confined her to a tower after her baptism revealed the Poison User ability. He forces Ruby to marry into the Langley Empire in Aquamarine's place. He refuses to take Ruby back after the bride switch, dismissing Langley's protests.
