The Grade Leader of the Land Department. A muscular man who intervenes to save Liang De from Bai Hekong's attack. He arranges tutoring for Liang De and spends Merit Points to help him survive. He believes in not killing unnecessarily and tries to support his department members despite the harsh rules.
