Ling Yu is the male protagonist, a refined young man around twelve years old who transmigrated into this Xuanhuan world. He cultivates both Qi Refinement (Spiritual Awareness Realm perfection) and Body Refinement (Opening Aperture Realm perfection). He is diligent, mature, and plans carefully, having prepared pills and magical artifacts to enter the Secret Realm for an auxiliary Cave Heaven. He is the son of Ling Xiaofeng and Su Wanqing.
