Liu Tai is the principal of Tenth High School. He is deeply impressed by He Ziling's hard work and cares for outstanding students. He agrees to accept Ye Feng after He Ziling's request, even though he knows the risk of taking a problem student. He is resigned to the school's low ranking and expects little, but hopes that He Ziling can bring glory. He authorizes Ye Feng's admission.
