Luke is the elder brother of Riria and heir to the Allbance Marquis title. He is around ten years older than Riria. He has smooth blond hair and distinctive purple Tamashii eyes inherited from his father. He deeply loved his mother Claire and was devastated by her death, initially avoiding home and staying at the academy dorms. Upon meeting Riria, he gradually warms to her, especially after she calls him "Nii-ni." He becomes intensely protective and caring, spending weekends playing and reading with her. Luke is talented in magic circulation training, forced to practice to help maintain the national barrier. He is serious but shows his affectionate side when with Riria. Through Riria, he also strengthens his bond with his father Dean, participating in a three-way family reconciliation.
