Luo Jueying is a young disciple of Wuchen Peak, son of the peak master Luo Chen. He is around twenty years old, calm and shrewd, often observing with a cold demeanor. He notices Leng Chujiu’s talent and invites her to Wuchen Peak, overriding other elders. He teaches her qi condensation, provides a ring to conceal her cultivation, and warns her to trust no one. He possesses a Lightning Spiritual Root, though ordinary, and is protective of his junior sister.
