The Chosen One of Japan. He takes a whole box of Child's Death Kits before leaving the hotel, but mistakenly puts them in his pants pocket instead of his upper pocket. As a result, he violates Rule 3 and dies as soon as he arrives at the coffee shop, causing a Strange Tale to descend on Japan.
