An elderly doctor in Qingshui County, rumored to have been an imperial physician. He runs a clinic opposite the Listening Wind Pavilion. He examines Nannan but fails to diagnose her, only prescribing calming medicine. He tries to overcharge Lin Tian ten taels of silver but later reduces it to one tael under pressure from the constable Pang Shan. He has a medicine boy apprentice and appears to scam outsiders.
