Old Master Cui is the elderly father of Young Master Cui. He is forced to tie up his youngest son, born late in life, and personally deliver him to the Xie family residence to apologize. He kneels before Xie WeiTai, trembling, sobbing, and begging for mercy while whipping his son. He dies of a heart attack on the way to the hospital after his company goes bankrupt within seven days.
