Old Master Liang is the grandfather of Liang Yushan, a respected elder in the Liang family. He tries to preserve the engagement despite his grandson's misconduct. During his 70th birthday banquet, he scolds Liang Yushan and later, after Zhou Feier's pregnancy is revealed, he reluctantly agrees to annul the marriage. He suffers a health scare because of the family scandal.
