Old Yun is a mysterious old beggar with tattered clothes and a patched appearance. He first appears near the market, looking for Lin Feng's grapes, which he senses contain spiritual energy. He stops Lin Feng's motorcycle by stepping in front of it and pretends to be knocked down, then demands grapes as compensation. Later, when Lin Feng faces trouble with Urban Management officer Yuan Hong, Old Yun intervenes: he heals a collapsed old grandmother by using the grapes and his own power, then intimidates Yuan Hong with a secret conversation that leaves the officer terrified. Old Yun can vanish instantly, confirming his supernatural nature. He shows kindness to Lin Feng and hints at deeper cultivation knowledge.
