The master of Tongyou Hall in Broad Cold Palace. She is asked by Nie Qingshuang to provide Tongyou Grasses for Ning Yuyao's recovery. She is mentioned only in dialogue, not appearing in person. As a palace master within the sect, she is presumably a powerful cultivator.
