Qin Fang is Fu Si Yan's mother. She harbors a strong dislike for Shen Qing Shu and treats her contemptuously. She openly supports Zhou Yu Chu and accuses Shen Qing Shu of manipulating her son. She orders the maids to take Fu Si Yu away from Shen Qing Shu.
