A young red-haired boy and a cadet crew member of the Roger Pirates who will become one of the Four Emperors. He is brave, bold, and fiercely competitive, always wanting to join battles and test his strength. He has a passionate, noble heart, but is still a nine-year-old boy without fully mastered Haki. He trains hard in swordsmanship under Rayleigh, practicing basic slashes endlessly. He feels a strong rivalry with Beo after being easily knocked out by him, but also deep friendship and admiration. He is the opposite of Buggy—more determined and less reckless in terms of survival. He often challenges Beo to duels, but is always defeated due to the huge gap in Haki and combat sense.
