The Slug Sage is the ancient sage of the Swamp of the Dead, one of the three sacred lands of the Hokage world. She is a colossal slug that towers over Kozō, with the ability to manipulate her body parts into weapons. She keeps Kozō imprisoned in the swamp, refusing to let him leave, claiming fate's change and unseen species. She is powerful even compared to the summoning by Tsunade and Sakura Haruno, being about ten times larger than their four-hundred-meter slug. She eventually sends Kozō away via a Teleportation Array after he charges at her, directing him to the Senju clan. She has a contract with the Senju clan, and Hashirama and Tobirama have her name on their summoning scroll.
