Sun Heng is the illegitimate son of the Chang'an Marquisate and the father of Sun Mengxia. He is a tired and selfish man, more interested in restoring the family's title than his daughter's welfare. He wishes Sun Mengxia dead but needs her alive to handle the household registration on their return to Jingdu.
