A middle-to-high-level member of one of the Five Great Families (likely Lange). He wears glasses, a white rose badge made of star stone, and uses a black whip with spikes and lightning as his weapon (A-level ability). When he knocks over the Noahde's package, he threatens them with violence but is stopped by an unseen S-level space barrier, causing him to flee.
