Emperor of the Langley Empire. Former Knight Commander, cold and pragmatic. Initially refuses to accept Ruby as his wife after discovering the bride switch. Overworks himself and falls ill. He is moved by Ruby's cooking and starts investigating its origin. He cares deeply for his country and people, often cutting his own expenses.
