Xiao Zhao is a colleague of Sun Yanni at the police station. He calls her in a panic to inform her about a serious car accident on Sichuan Road, which she would have been caught in if not for Wei Mian’s warning. He is concerned about her safety and is relieved to learn she is unharmed.
