Yun Rong is the eldest son of Yun Ruosheng and the current manager of the Yun family business. He suffers from tuberculosis and becomes addicted to marijuana to ease his pain, which renders him unable to have children. He feels neglected by his father, who favored his younger brothers despite his years of diligent service. Overcome with jealousy and rage, he kills his younger brother Yun Hua during a confrontation.
