Yun Teng is the steward of the City Lord's mansion. He delivers Tian Boxiong's letter to Lu Ye and later reports to Tian Boxiong about Lu Ye's reaction. He mocks Lu Ye, believing the Lu Family will eventually have to beg for help. He is a secondary character who carries out his master's orders.
