Zhao Ji is Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, one of the four Land Immortals. According to the story, the imperial family has a special inheritance that makes the emperor a Land Immortal upon ascension. Although not directly appearing in the text, he is listed among the top powers of the Great Song and his rule sets the stage for the political and martial environment of the kingdom.
