Zhao Weihong is a female intellectual youth with a rough appearance and voice, who adores Wen Zhuqing. She is impulsive and confronts Gu Jia Ning in public, accusing her of being unfaithful to Wen Zhuqing and trying to harm the officer. Gu Jia Ning easily refutes her, blaming her for slander.
