Zhou Lu is the Deputy Chief of Zhoulian Police Station, also a Fifth Grade Martial King. He is obsequious towards Liu Long, willing to break rules to please him. He opposes Zheng Le’s strictness and tries to ingratiate himself with power. He shows flattery and self-preservation, even offering to take Liu Long to see the prisoner.
