Zhou Tong is the Chief Seat of the Nine Flowers Peak of the Taiyi Sect, an old man with white hair and beard who once led Su Siqing up the mountain. He visits Su Xun to offer him the 《Wind Spirit Universe Treasure Manual》 and warns that Su Xun's weakness could harm Su Siqing's future. He acts as a mentor to Su Xun, explaining the cultivation technique and agreeing to accept him as a disciple after Su Siqing becomes Young Peak Lord.
