Reminded by a duel loss that muscles were what she lacked, Isabella, the reincarnated villainess of the otome game "Etoile of the White Tower," woke in the infirmary with a new resolve. She recalled her ruinous route: early bullying of the heroine Eliana, middle-stage futile rivalry with Celestina, a final failed attempt to tear the prince and heroine apart, and eventual exposure and expulsion from her family. Determined to snap every ruin flag, she adopted the extreme muscle-centered philosophy of the Tzerubark Family, whose creed enshrined physical might above all. Her brother Wolf was horrified as she demanded protein-only meals, removal of decorations for training space, and a regimen of dawn runs, statue lifting, and sparring. Her loyal maid Brigitte supported every order.Isabella noticed discrepancies from the game scenario. Her fiancé Prince Edward had visited her multiple times while she was unconscious, and her rival Celestina was engrossed in mysterious research rather than antagonizing the heroine. The heroine herself was nowhere to be seen. Deciding the scenario had too many bugs, Isabella resolved to crush every flag physically. She began by confronting her former followers Clementina and Daphne, who were harassing Celestina. Criticizing their weak posturing, Isabella crushed a silver water pitcher with one hand to demonstrate true intimidation, then ordered the two to run a punitive 2-kilometer lap around the dining hall. This act backfired unexpectedly: the two returned the next day, awakened by her display of power, and begged to become her disciples. Isabella accepted and subjected them to grueling training, thereby eliminating the risk of reputation damage from their misdeeds.Soon after, Isabella witnessed nobles bullying a timid flaxen-haired commoner, instantly recognizing her as the game's protagonist, Eliana. Realizing that the heroine's fragility could cause a bad end and jeopardize her own safety, Isabella declared Eliana a protected target of the Tzerubark Family. She dragged the screaming girl to the courtyard to measure her basic physical ability, only to find her unable to perform a single push-up or sit-up. Isabella began devising a transformatory training plan. Prince Edward arrived, rebuking Isabella for what appeared to be bullying. Isabella retorted that he should care for the heroine's health, confusing him with talk of routes and game overs. Turning back to Eliana, Isabella ordered Brigitte to bring the special beginner protein mixture. The moment Eliana saw the swamp-colored drink, she fainted on the spot. Undeterred, Isabella looked down at the unconscious heroine and declared that the training would now commence.

Overall, I went into this expecting a generic villainess parody, but the muscle gimmick is executed with such enthusiasm and consistency that it elevates everything. The characters aren’t one-note — even the insane protagonist has logic to her madness. The jokes land visually, and the pacing keeps me turning pages. I would binge-read fifty chapters of this nonsense. More protein talk, please.

The last line of the provided excerpt — “While envisioning the hellish body transformation plan that was about to begin” — is the perfect cliffhanger. We all know Eliana is about to undergo serious training that she neither wants nor is prepared for. I am so ready for the next chapter to show muscle-heroine development. The comedy potential is endless.

The translation quality (if it is a translation) feels very natural. The phrasing like “reincarnation as a Villainous Young Lady is a trope now” and “I will just smash every Ruin Flag with my own methods!” show an awareness of genre conventions that makes it relatable to isekai fans. It doesn’t take itself seriously, but it’s still well-constructed prose.

I’m really curious how the story will balance Isabella’s brute-force flag breaking with the original game’s plot. Already, the prince, the rival, the heroine’s role, and the followers have been completely derailed. Will the antagonists from the game show up? Will there be actual challenges that can’t be solved by lifting the goddess statue? I hope so, because I want to see her adapt.

The confusion of the academy staff and students adds to the immersion. Guards dropping swords, early risers staring in shock, the dining hall going dead silent — the background characters react believably to a noble lady doing 5 kilometer sprints in dawn. It sells the absurdity by showing that yes, this is not normal behavior. We’re laughing with the bystanders.

One detail I love: Isabella wears a crimson training wear designed to display the “prestige” of her family, and her maid has a custom-made giant brass bell for waking up. These details show the author cares about making the parody consistent. Even the training gear is part of the noble aesthetic, just reinterpreted through a muscle lens. Worldbuilding done right.
