The village gossip is so painfully realistic. Those old ladies whispering behind her back, the uncles showing up to cause drama at the grave—it's exactly how small-town dynamics work. You can almost feel the suffocating judgment she's dealing with on top of everything else. Makes you root for her even harder.
I’m curious about the title of the story. Not given here, but from the content, “Letisriel” is the world name. Maybe the story is called “Letisriel” or “God’s Garden” or something. The description of the world being made of three continents with different characteristics sounds like an RPG setting. The beastkin continent Agudis being nature-rich and preferred by spirits and non-humans is a classic trope. It promises variety. I’d like to see Hinami eventually travel to different continents. For now, she’s in a forest near a human town on either Saliton or Mushbar. I’m guessing the warlike emperor in Mushbar might be a future antagonist, or a place to avoid. The God warned her to be careful there. So maybe plot later involves that empire. The story has room to grow. I’ll wait and see.
I really enjoy the “no memory type” remark from the guards. It suggests that people transported here is a known phenomenon, maybe even common enough to have categories. That one line opens up so many questions about what’s really going on. It’s subtle worldbuilding at its best.
Chu Yanran's situation is honestly heartbreaking. She's a powerful cultivator, a saintess, and yet she has zero say when the Su Family comes knocking. The moment she had to slap her own disciple to save his life really showed how trapped she is. You can feel her helplessness even though she's supposed to be proud and holy. That contrast makes her more interesting than a typical flower vase.
The wedding night assault scene made my blood boil. That random guy pretending to be the prince, the whole setup reeking of conspiracy, it’s so messed up. Thank god the mc had that hairpin, the stabbing was brutal and satisfying. But the fact that the emperor’s guards showed up right after? That timing is way too suspicious. I’m really hoping the story explores this political angle more. Someone clearly set this whole thing up to destroy both the prince and the mc.
