The title of the story? I don’t see it in the provided text. But the premise of “reincarnated as a female rat in a survival game world” is unique enough to draw interest. It’s a fresh take on the isekai genre.
I have a small gripe with how quickly Du Qingyang accepts the transmigration. She tries to kill herself once, fails because the pond is shallow, and then just... moves on? No panic, no denial? I know she's supposed to be a pragmatic modern person, but it feels slightly rushed. I get that she needs to act fast to change the plot, but maybe one or two thoughts about her old life, or missing her phone, would have made it feel more real. Still, the pace is addictive.
I'm a little annoyed that the parents never once ask “are you okay? what happened to you?” They only care about logistics and reputation. That's bad writing in terms of making them human, but good writing for creating conflict. I guess the author wanted them to be irredeemable at first.
30. I have a feeling Wen Junmu is going to be the cause of the family’s first major disaster. His blind spot for Mu Xuan is a massive security breach. It’s only a matter of time before he brings her to their "safe" location or lets a secret slip. The family’s survival hinges on him waking up from his delusion, and I'm not sure he will before it's too late.
Song Qingqing calling Leng a beggar was infuriating. The way she sneered and demanded compensation for her clothes – typical bully. But I was really glad when Jiang Jiangjiang stepped in and corrected her with the worldbuilding about silver vs spirit stones. That shut her up nicely. Justice served.
