I'm a bit suspicious about how easily the formation collapsed. "Too ancient, the formation array's energy had long since been depleted"? Convenient. But maybe the authors used it to avoid an early roadblock. If Qin Feng had to figure out how to break a Formation-level seal, we'd be stuck for chapters. Sometimes you just need to let the protagonist have a win. I'll accept it because the reward was satisfying.
The guy trying to claim he bought four bottles was so awkward. “Zhou Quan You, you only bought one bottle.” Cheng Ming remembering his name and exact purchase shows how much he actually cared about his patients before. The humiliation of getting caught lying in front of everyone must have been intense.
The small Easter eggs in the treasure list, like "Nongfushuan" brand, are a nice nod to the protagonist's original world. It grounds the fantasy in reality. The item descriptions with puns (e.g., "if it's not sweet, give me three punches") are a cute touch.
