Abbess Miejue is the current Sect Leader of Emei (also referred to as the Steward Elder of the External Affairs Court). She is a middle-aged woman with a gaunt face and sharp eyes, known for her strictness and iron-blooded nature. She personally brings Gu Shaoan to Emei after his family is killed and later accepts him as her personal disciple. She teaches him the Emei Nine Yang Skill and shows deep favoritism towards him, seeing in him a resemblance to her senior brother Gu Hongzi. She is deeply dedicated to strengthening Emei and upholding the righteous path.
