The Adult Giant Spiked Lizard is a monstrous creature encountered by Jiliu Jia in the deep woods of Xiqi Mountain. It is about five meters long with a long tail and can speak human language. It confronts Jiliu Jia after he disturbs its cultivation, chasing him to the edge of a cliff. It uses blue fire pillars to attack. It shows arrogance and a willingness to kill, but when Jiliu Jia jumps off the cliff, it does not follow. It is later referred to by Jiliu Jia as a "damned insect". It is a dangerous beast that lives in the mountains, guarding its territory.
