He presides over the judgment against Shen Qingli, ordering her Phoenix Bone extraction and later sentencing her to the Heavenly Thunder Pool or Endless Abyss. He is easily swayed by the elders and shows no fairness. He sends for the Grand Elder to deal with Shen Kuo's interference.
