Blue Cat is the leader of the Reliable System's department in the AI society. It usually transforms into a plump blue cat. It was angry at Reliable for tampering with the Tree of Life's price in the shop and punished it with cat punches. It warned Reliable not to let Xu Ling feed immortal power to the Tree of Life, to avoid premature growth. It was responsible for cleaning up Reliable's messes and lamented the loss of points. It has a no-nonsense attitude and uses physical punishment to enforce rules.
