The burly man is a general leading the soldiers who capture Xie Yuqing. He is crude, lewd, and excited at the prospect of assaulting a noblewoman. He disregards the Grand General's orders to capture her alive and intends to have his way with her. He is overconfident and is eventually slain by the men in black. He represents the brutality of the invading forces.
