Mr. Frank is an official in the service of the Herenna family, probably a manager or steward. He is plump with a rosy face and speaks ingratiatingly. He welcomes Lorin and Kathlyn at the Governor's Mansion with a banquet. He immediately listens to Lorin's wish and orders a meal be sent to Marjorie and Valen. He is sycophantic but efficient, eager to please the Herenna family. He appears briefly during the early part of Lorin's journey to the capital.
