Harmo is a blacksmith from the border town. He owns a shop where Rhode forges his sword. Rhode’s sword test damages Harmo’s plate armor. Instead of compensation, Rhode offers him a chance to move to Black Pine Ridge with tax exemption and forging knowledge. Harmo accepts and follows Rhode, bringing his tools. He is assigned to the town’s blacksmith shop and is to be given an assistant.
